I’m an articulate chef who believes in high discipline, work ethics, and personal ethics. My area of specialization and stronghold is doing big banquets. I am also a time-conscious chef and take pride in preparing quality meals.
My favourite pastime is cooking for the family and creating new dishes; and my favourite ingredients when cooking are onions, garlic, ginger, wine, and herbs. My favourite spices are Star anise, paprika and fennel seeds.
