Daily Sanitation Checklist: Printable End-of-Service Kitchen Walk-Through

A daily sanitation checklist is a short walk-through at the end of service to confirm the kitchen is clean and safe. It turns “I think it was done” into a signed record.

What is inside

  • Hands and people: hand-wash sinks, sickness reporting, uniforms and dressings
  • Surfaces and equipment: boards, slicers, knives, work surfaces, sanitiser strength and cloths
  • Storage and waste: labelling, raw below cooked, temperature records, bins, floors and pest signs
  • An action-needed box, and lines for the checker and the manager

It suits any kitchen that wants a consistent close-down routine. The safe ranges and limits are left blank on purpose: write the ones from your own food safety plan and local public health requirements.
