How to use this form
- Open the workbook and read the Read Me tab.
- Enter your ingredients and prices on the Ingredients sheet, with usable yield.
- Copy the Recipe Costing sheet for each dish and enter the quantities.
- Use the Daily Prep Sheet to forecast and plan prep.
- Enter sales on the Menu Mix sheet to see which dishes carry the menu.
- Update prices whenever a supplier changes them.
