Start from your average use between deliveries, then add a small cushion. Review it when menus or sales change.

Why list the agreed price?

So the person receiving the delivery can check the invoice against the agreed price and spot changes at once.

How to use this form
  1. Make one guide for each supplier.
  2. List every item you buy with its specification and unit.
  3. Set a par level for each item.
  4. Before each order, count what you have and write it in On hand.
  5. Order the difference between par and on hand, and write it in Order qty.
  6. Check the delivery against the guide and update the prices or par levels as needed.
