It works from the hourly rates you enter and covers wages only. Follow the wage and overtime rules that apply to your business, and check them with your accountant or the labour office.

How should I plan shifts?

Schedule to the forecast, not to a fixed roster, and leave time for breaks. Compare the result with actual covers each week.

How to use this form
  1. Open the workbook and delete the example entries.
  2. Enter the week starting date and your currency label.
  3. Add each cook and their shifts and breaks.
  4. Check the hours total for each person.
