Chef Emmanuel Aluda

I joined the industry fifteen years ago as an apprentice, fresh from high school. My passion and drive for culinary arts were realized and nurtured during that time. I have worked in a few hotels here in Kenya and also in Uganda. I have also been to Ghana and Dubai in my culinary quest.
