Welcome back to our channel! Today, we’re whipping up a delicious and easy Keto Bacon & Egg Bites recipe that’s perfect for a quick breakfast or a tasty snack. Ingredients

- 6 rashers streaky bacon
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ capsicum (bell pepper), diced
- ½ avocado, smashed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a Texas muffin tin with oil, ideally olive or coconut oil.
- Lay 3 slices of bacon in each muffin hole, forming a case.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and crack an egg into each bacon case. Top with diced bell pepper.
- Return to the oven and bake until the eggs are cooked to your liking, about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with smashed avocado.
