Esther Mukite is the Commercial Baking Manager at Unga Limited, one of East Africa’s leading food and flour companies. With over 13 years of experience in commercial baking, technical sales, and bakery operations, she has built a strong reputation for helping bakeries improve product quality, optimise production, and drive business growth through practical baking solutions.

Before joining Unga Limited, Esther held senior technical and commercial roles at Zeelandia East Africa, where she worked closely with commercial bakeries across the region to develop innovative products, provide technical support, and deliver customer-focused baking solutions. Her career also includes experience in food manufacturing and process management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the bakery value chain.

Esther holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nairobi. She is passionate about combining technical expertise with commercial insight to help bakeries innovate, improve consistency, and meet changing consumer demands.
